Technical and Sales Support Specialist

Description: You will perform pre and post-sales application support for Viewpath prospects and customers. Pre-sales activities include conducting online demos with individual prospects, setting up free trial accounts and helping to create industry-specific "templates". Post-sales activities include coordinating customer implementations and follow-up, compiling "FAQs", and capturing "product success stories". The work will primarily be done in the office via telephone and e-mail. Occasional in-person meetings are also expected.

Qualifications: You have been successfully supporting software application products targeted at business users for at least 3 years. You also have experience converting prospects to customers during product trials and expanding the user base within customer accounts. You love working with people, you have strong verbal and written communication skills, and you are comfortable talking to middle managers in different work environments. You are also comfortable working with MS Office applications (including Outlook and IE). The ideal candidate will also have some experience coordinating multi-person projects and/or using project management tools such as MS Project. Furthermore, you must be an organized, self-starter, capable of managing multiple tasks and having fun on the job!

Viewpath Application Developer

Responsibilities: Focused on participating in all aspects of full life-cycle development of Viewpath .Net product. The Viewpath product is a powerful, browser-based application that assists people in managing their productivity. This application leverages Microsoft's .NET initiative and Viewpath's XML web services platform.

Full Life Cycle implementation, which includes:

  • System Designs, Technical Designs, Coding, Unit Testing, System Testing, Data Conversions, System Interfaces, Installation and Upgrades and Report Development.
  • Develop successful peer level relationships across the project.
  • Provide timely status reports on Progress/Plans/Issues to the senior management team.

Qualifications include:

  • Successful candidates will have a minimum of 6 years of application development experience with at least 3 years experience developing ASP.Net web applications with an object oriented language, preferably VB.Net or C#.
  • Experience developing web applications in the Microsoft environment utilizing Visual Studio toolkit.
  • Strong XML and SQL 2005 skills.
  • Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills, and AJAX skills desired.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A results-orientated attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills.

Account Executive

Inside Sales Account Executive

Viewpath is seeking a motivated SaaS Inside Sales Professional to operate, scale and continuously improve our inside sales function through personal performance and by developing high performance strategies and execution. The ideal candidate will bring their skills and experience to help define and build the inside sales strategies, processes and metrics in order to reach the company's revenue and customer experience goals.

This key role reports to the Global Account & Alliance Director, and is currently home office based. Viewpath may open a corporate office location in the future, at which time the Inside Sales Team may become corporate office based.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Model and promote Viewpath's high-performance, energized, innovative, customer-focused and "can do" business culture and values
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Viewpath's offerings, as well as gaining the knowledge of project management practices to effectively engage with customers and prospects
  • Create and present demos and proposals to our customers and prospects that address their specific needs and how we deliver a positive ROI on their investment in Viewpath
  • Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with customers and prospects over the phone, via email and social media
  • Generate and prioritize targeted call lists, develop call plans and utilize Salesforce.com to capture, document and report on all activities
  • Maintain a high level of activity to meet objectives, meet or exceed agreed upon sales quotas on a quarterly basis
  • Develop effective cross-functional relationships across all Viewpath departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of Inside Sales experience, preferably in multi-contact, high volume inbound and outbound environment
  • Working knowledge of the SaaS-based project collaboration segment, and Salesforce.com
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational, people, and problem solving skills
  • Trained and practiced in the art of consultative, needs-benefits selling
  • Ability to be creative, flexible, and objective in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Experience and success performing to multiple business goals beyond sales quota attainment
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
